ベトナム人の友達のお母さんの手料理でモロヘイヤのスープを頂きました。
多分モロヘイヤだと思うのですが、英語が話せず中国語でもわからないといわれた為勝手に私がモロヘイヤだと思ったのですが・・・
どなたかそのスープの正体を知りませんか?じつは他のベトナミーズのご家庭でも頂いたことがあるので一般的なのではないかと思います。
ドライシュリンプが入っていてとってもシンプルなんですがすごくおいしいのですが、作り方がわかりません。
どこでモロヘイヤが買えるのか、それから中国語とベトナム語記載がわかれば教えてください。
もしスープの作り方を知っている方がいれば教えてください！一度ほうれん草のスープを頂きましたがあまり好きではありませんでした。やっぱりあのモロヘイヤのとろとろ感がよかったです。

モロヘイヤはイラン系のお店またはｱﾗﾋﾞｯｸ系のお店でも売っています。冷凍されているけど、結構お安いお値段で購入できますよ。スープの作り方はわかりません。すみません。

マンザーナさん、わざわざ調べていただきありがとうございます。私もぎゅぎゅさんと同様知恵袋で調べたところ中国語では出てきました。ベトナム語はわからなかったのですが、知恵袋で出てきたアルファベッドのものを見せてわかってもらえればと思います。
オクラさん、スープ用に買ったときは是非ゆでてポン酢でも食べてみたいと思います。
ベトコンさん、店員の人に聞くにも説明ができなかった為購入失敗済みなんです。レストランではそのスープは食べた事はありません。ありがとうございました。

ベトナム語では"rau day"らしいです。
ちなみにアラビア語では
Molocheiya, ملوخي

ベトナム系のマーケットに行くのでベトナム語、中国語とりあえず両方書きとめて行こうともいます。誰かわかる人がいればいいのですが・・・
日本語でモロヘイヤといっているのはアラビア語をそのまま使っているのでしょうか・・・似ていますよね。
