何かにつけて文句をつけてくる客に腹が立って困っている者です。
仕事だから仕方がないんですが、もー我慢の限界です。
特に何が言いたいのかよくわからないし、気に入らない事があるのか暇なのかネチネチしつこく苦情だか愚痴だか電話とかメールしてきます。
一体こういうお客は何をしてほしいんでしょう?いい対処方法とかあれば教えてください。

返金して欲しいとか、ここをこうして欲しいと言った事でなく、目的がハッキリしない苦情の場合は、おそらく愚痴る事が主な目的＝自分の気持ちを理解して欲しい、ではないでしょうか?
取り合えず、相手の気持ちに同意して、その上で出来る事と出来ない事をハッキリ伝える事だと思います。
結構、一旦相手に同意した上で話を進めると、建設的な話の展開にもって行きやすいと思いますが・・・どうですか?

ポジティブ思考はいいかもしれませんね。私は親身になって話を聞いてるつもりでも本心はウザいとかめんどくさい客だと思ってるのが声とか態度にでてるのかもしれません。
７さん）多分、文章の感じから私の敵であるお客さんじゃないと思います。もしそうだったらお願いなので無茶な事を頼まないでください。いつもの文句内容は私にはどうしようもない事なんで。
ちゃんと仕事するとかプロフェッショナルに仕事をこなすっていうのはどういう事なんでしょう。私はこの困っているお客さんに対してミスをしたとか仕事さぼってるとかは特にないんです。
皆さんのコメントを読んで感じた事は、文句を言いたいお客さんは私が腹を立ててるお客さんだけじゃなくてもっともっと沢山いる事がわかりました。今のところ、文句言ってくる人が一人でよかったと思う様にして来週も頑張れる、、、かな、、、?
