はじめて、掲示板に載せます。
私は梅酒が好きで、日系マーケットで何時も梅酒を買っているのですが、アメリカにきて2年になりますけど、未だに美味しい梅酒に遭遇してないです。
梅干も好きで買います。肌に良い、健康に良いとよく言われるけど、どうせ飲むのなら美味しいのを飲みたいな～！と思ってます。
誰かが、和歌山産の梅酒は美味しいと言ってました。でも、どこで取り扱いがあるのか知らないので、ご存知の方居ましたら教えて下さい。

週末、マルカイで紀州の梅酒のゆず梅酒を買いました。20ドル程度でした。女子達で飲んだんですけど、飲みはじめはソーダー割りで飲んだですけど本当にカクテルみたいでおいしかったです。あとでエスカレートしそのままロックで飲んだんだけどもっとおいしかったわ。びんで売ってるカクテルを飲むよりずーっとおいしかったので、これからは梅酒。

は〜い。
１）梅（大きさをなるべく同じサイズで統一、おへそのステムも１コづつ取り除き、水で洗って１コづつ水分を拭き取り乾かしておく）
２）梅が乾いたらコンテーナーへ角砂糖とお酒を入れて涼しい所に保管して、６ヶ月後くらいから飲めます。俺は１年待つようにしています。
＊お酒も焼酎、ブランデー、などなど好みのお酒でもオッケーです。
この辺で梅酒を作る上での最大のポイントは梅のシーズンに忘れずに梅を（そして良い形の）ゲットする事です。いつも１〜２週間くらいで無くなっちゃいます。
