皆様のお力を借りたく、お願いいたします。

英語を勉強中なのですが、なかなか下記の文章を英語にすることが出来ません。
どなたか英文にしていただけないでしょうか?

1)その額は、上記金額を年割りにした額、 ￥2,000,000 ＋ 車代 ￥100,000の合計額￥2,100,000 をベースとして、年俸とは別に250万円支払う事で全ての物的補助としたいと思います。

2) 転居による著しいパフォーマンスの低下が発生した場合の対策については、特に基準など設けず、あなたと会社との話し合いの上決定する。

3）転居が済んだら寮の一室を準備するので、帰宅が難しい時は利用すること

某掲示板にて、日系企業のアドミンアシスタントのポジションに
応募したら、面接にて「契約書とかの翻訳もお願いするけど、大丈夫だよね?」
と言われて、アドミンアシスタントにどこまで期待するんじゃー！！
って話が出てました。仕事欲しさにYESって言っちゃったけど、ほんとにきちゃったよとか、
