もうすぐ２２歳になる女学生です。
実家暮らしなので自立は出来ていませんし、周囲の人からも今時珍しいくらい家族大好き人間なので両親との関係はとても良好です。ですが、少し過干渉すぎて困っています。２２歳にもなって友人や彼氏と出かける時は両親に許可をとってから、平日の夜は次の日が学校の為外出禁止、外出/デートは親と一緒ではない限り２,３週間に１回、門限は１０時、友人や彼氏の家に彼方の親御さんから招待されても殆ど許可がおりず・・・
以前はあまり気にしなかったのですが、流石にストレスになりつつあります。
ちなみに、私はアメリカ育ちなのですが両親は日本人です。日本の２２歳もこんな感じなのでしょうか?
寂しい、心配といった両親の気持ちも分かるのでどうすればいいか分かりません。

これを教訓に何も真実だけを語らなくてもいいけども、これからの人生やむをえず嘘をつくときはバレないように細心の注意を払い墓場まで持っていく覚悟を決めて誰にも迷惑をかけずに生きていこうね！

ローンを組む時、レンダーからの認証を得るのに、かなりの時間を要します。リーマンショック以来すごいです。自分の貯金も、それがいつ、どこから、どのように得た収入によるものか、過去にさかのぼって詳しい調査が入ります。通常、コンドを購入する時は、オファーをして、カウンターオファーを承諾し、コンテンジェンシーや他の調査を正式に終わらせた段階で、金融機関のローンの審査、承諾、と進みます。少なくとも、1ヶ月や2ヶ月はかかります。もっと時間を要するのが普通でしょう。トビ主さんの場合、すでにエスクローに入った段階だったのでしょうか。それとも、コンドをこれから探す、というのを決めた、ということ?でも頭金２０％だというので、すでにローンは決まったと思われます。それほど早く審査を終わらせることができるレンダーさん、エスクロー会社を知りません。ぜひ、情報を教えていただけませんでしょうか。
