Vivinavi Los Angeles失業保険の延長について

もうあとしばらくで失業保険の期限が切れるのですが、延長はできるのでしょうか?
ＥＤＤのサイトで調べると、「1st Extention の時は、大概の人には延長の手続きの書面が送付されてくる。もし最後の振り込みのあと１０日間何も連絡がなければ問い合わせるように」、のようにＦＡＱにはあります。
しかし他のサイトで知らべるとＣＡの経済事情のせいで延長しないとか……。
このことを正確に知っておいて心を落ち着けて仕事探しなどに取り組みたいです。ご存知の方お教えください。お願いいたします。

週末ではなく平日になってしまいますが
昼間、できれば無料で。。
どこかのカフェなどで暇つぶし程度で構いません。
もちろんコーヒーくらいはごちそういたします。
男女問いませんが、本当に初級程度で教えてくださる方だと助かります。

オートロックのアパートに住む受取人が、アパート入口のインターホンで出なかった場合、UPSの配達人はどういう対応をするのが普通でしょうか?
私が住んでいるそこそこ大きいアパートで度々あるのですが、荷物がゲートの隙間から投げ入れられていることがあります。ゲートの中とはいえ人の出入りが激しい共用スペースに無造作に置かれる郵便物達。。。
もちろんアパートの中に入って配達してくれたり、不在票を残してくれることの方が多いですが、時々こんな対応をされます。
これって普通?これがアメリカ?

数週間前にもこのようなスレッドを立てました。4年近くそのアパートに住みました。デポジットは＄500です。床はタイル上で黒く汚くなりました。浴槽も少々黒ずみができ汚くなりました。
カビなどはありません。カーペットもきれいです。
Pre-checkでは、キレイで床の黒ずみ等を取るチャージをすると、ハンディーマンに言われました。
今日、そのアパートの社長にTELしたとこと、デポジットは戻ってこないと言われました。
これは普通でしょうか?普通4年近く住んでいれば、汚れるのは当たり前かと思います。もちろん、毎日掃除していれば、そこまで汚くならなかったかも。

バクさん、ペアと申します。私もお願いします。
アメリカ人の夫と結婚して10年です。4年前にアメリカに来ましたが、日本が恋しくて恋しくて離婚してもいいから帰りたいと思うようになってきました。しかし、もし離婚した場合、子供が3人いるので一人で（特に金銭面で）やっていけるのか心配です。夫とは結婚10年経っても関係がうまくいきません。夫側には遺伝病があることがわかり、夫家族も色々な問題を抱えています。幼い頃の家庭環境のせいか夫自身も性格に問題があります。あと5年で夫は軍をリタイヤします。それまで我慢したら何か変わるのでしょうか?それとも今すぐにでも新たな人生の一歩を踏み出すべきでしょうか?ずっと年末から悩んでいます。

離婚なされば普通お子さんの親権を半分を得ることになりますが、そうなりますと勝手に
帰国できませんよね。旦那さんに親権を１００％委ねて、あなたが養育費を毎月払う状況
なら自由に帰国できると思いますが。

正当な理由でアメリカ市民と結婚したものの（結婚詐欺ではない）、
アメリカ市民側が原因で結婚2年以内に離婚する事になりました。
現在2年限定の永住権ですが、離婚しても10年の永住権に更新する
方法があるようです。
同じような更新の仕方をされた方、またオススメのimmigration firm
弁護士がいらっしゃれば、情報シェアお願いします。

アパートに3年以上住んでいます。通常、退出する際は、きれいにクリーニングする必要がありますか?
アパートにデポジット＄500しております。それは丸々、返金されるものでしょうか?カーペットなどは如何でしょうか?風呂の水垢等は如何でしょうか?

I'm currently living in West Hollywood, California. I'm getting tired of very high paced busy life....
