教えてください。
今現在、奥さんの永住権申請のスポンサーをしております。
先日、偶々、妻が机に置いていた携帯に男からメッセージが
入りました。それも情事の感想の。
前から、少し怪しいとは思っていましたが、やはりでした。
色々と調べてみると、仕事と言って出張してましたが、
男と旅行でした。
それらの旅行に行くのに、空港への送迎もやらされていました。
前にもスーツケースにコンドームが入ってましたが、それは
二人の旅行の時のを出すのを忘れたと言ってました。
この女に、どんな報復がいいですか?

弁護士に相談して、GCのスポンサーの件、離婚して
取り消し出来るか聞いたら?
取り消しが出来れば一番良いでしょ。
だって、とぴ主との結婚はGC目的なんだろうから。

在米5年の日本人です。
会社からビザを出して貰っていたのですが、その会社の社長から関係を迫られたので、退社して、自分と結婚しました。
自分はアメリカ市民です。
不倫?本命?の男は既婚でビザ持ちですが、永住権は持ってないようです。奥さんは日本に居る様です。
自分は話し合う気は無いので、一撃で2人を仕留めたいので、アイデアが欲しいです。

奥様はGC取得後、離婚を言ってくると思います。
GCを取り下げすることが一番いいでしょうね。
奥様は、GC欲しさに反省する素振りをして
謝罪してくるかもですが、絶対に信じないほうがいいです。
証拠を集めて追求！
勿論、相手の方も！
相手が上司、既婚者、妻帯者であろうと
許されることではありません。
将来、貴方たち夫婦に子供が出来ても落ち着くとは思えません。
もっと、最悪になるような気がします。
貴方が離婚したいかどうかで行動は違ってきますね。
