I am a part time UBER driver.

I was hit from behind the other day at a stoplight.

The paint was just a little peeling off and there were no dents, but

the driver came out of the car that hit me and said, ｛ What are you waiting for? You stopped suddenly and hit me. It's your fault.

He was a rather large black man, so I called the police and asked them to come over here, and we exchanged information through the police officers and left the scene.

We then contacted the other party's insurance company and are now waiting.
At the same time, I reported it to the UBER side, and they contacted me the next day, but I am not sure how UBER will respond.

They said they would refer me to an insurance adjuster, but the next day they came back saying that we cannot be involved in the insurance matter.
But we have been contacted by Progressive via Uber, so I am not sure...

The UBER website shows the UBER compensation for the driver along with the amount of compensation, but when I googled it and looked at Youtube, I found that
the UBER compensation for the driver is not included in the UBER insurance policy, but the UBER insurance policy is. I found out that ？

I have to use my own insurance...

I guess I am still treated as a sole proprietor ？

My insurance is not covered by UBER. My insurance doesn't cover UBER, and I don't think basic UBER drivers have good insurance to begin with...
But I still thought there was a driver's warranty on the website, so I was taking it easy, but I'm feeling a bit shaky.

I think we will be OK this time because it was the other driver's fault, but should we assume that UBER drivers have no basic insurance?

I think it would be really serious if you had a personal injury accident.

I will be boarding a Hawaiian Airlines flight to Narita, Hawaii
I have recently been to the mainland, and as a matter of course
I had to purchase a blanket
and it was extremely cold to prevent the spread of corona bacteria
If you have recently flown to Japan from Hawaii, how cold was the flight?
I think they give out blankets, but we have a child and want to keep our luggage as small as possible

I was invited to a 1st birthday party that my neighbor's grandson who lives on the mainland will have when he comes to Hawaii in a few months. He is a half Asian, half Caucasian boy and his parents work for a well-known IT company, so I assume they have a high income. I don't think I need a gift card and I don't think a big one is a good idea as I want him to take it back to his home on the mainland. Any ideas would be appreciated.
I'm thinking about UNIQLO clothes, but I'm trying to figure out if I'd prefer something more branded or something else.
