今日本で大流行中のフワフワのパンケーキ食べてみたいです。
ここロサンゼルスでもフワフワパンケーキ食べられる店があるでしょうか…

そんなのが今は日本で流行っているんですか。
あたしゃ、戦後間もない頃、親に連れられて三越など都心の
レストランであの分厚い「ホットケーキ」を食べるのが
楽しみでした。
今、森永のホット（パン）ケーキの粉で作っていますが、
いくら頑張ってもあの半分の厚さも作れませんね。
と言うことで、こちらでは昔からあるあのパンケーキ Pancake
しかないような気がいします。まぁ、私は日本人が少ない
地域に住んでいるので、最近日本から来たシェフがいる
レストランなどありませんが。

混ぜるとふわふわになるらしいですよ。
