ＬＡ地区でおいしいラーメン屋を教えて下さい。
また、今まで行かれたお店のラーメンについての感想もお願いします。

2ヶ月前くらいにYUKINOYAさんへ行ってきました。
普通のしょうゆ、オーガニックしょうゆ、そしてとんこつをたのみましたが、私たちにはおいしいとは言えませんでした。
とんこつスープって本当にだしからとってるのかな?と疑問におもえるほど薄かった。
うちの家族の好きなラーメンはあっさり系だと味満さん。
こってり系だと山頭火さん。
新宿駅西口地下にある肉の万世さんのラーメン、LAで食せたらいいのですが。
排骨麺や白髪ねぎとチャーシューの細切りをラー油で和えて上に乗せてあるねぎラーメン、夢に出そうなくらいおいしかった。

だいたい、しょうゆの店でとんこつだしてるところは、パイタンスープ使ってますよ。普通のだしにそのスープ混ぜたら簡単に作れますよ。
大体、ラーメン屋がスープ２種類も作るようなめんどくさいことするわけないですよ。

もったいないラーメンのしょうゆが好きです。
あっさりを食べたけど、ほんとにあっさり。
でも淡白すぎなくて癖になる味。
みそは、最初は「うまっ！」でも途中から胸やけ。
こっちはちょっとこってりし過ぎちゃいますかね?
トッピングのとうもろこしと、餃子も美味しかった。
あそこのマネージャーらしき人（がっちり系の男子）絶対、新撰組出の人ですよね?
声の出し方とか、お客の顔見てお辞儀する姿勢とか、まさしく新撰組。好きやなぁ～あの接客。
サーバーの女の子の生ビールの注ぎ方も、厳しい目つきで遠目からでも、すかさずチエック！
その様子を、カウンター越しに私もすかさずチエック！
客は、こういう現場もしっかり見てるもんです。

正直 悪くないというレベルではなく、まるでダメです個人的にですけど。 まだ違う２店舗の方がマシです。 醤油ラーメンはテーマパークの食堂の味（インスタント味）、豚骨は色が白い全くの別物、なぜ豚骨に牛乳と味噌を入れるのか謎。 今ラーメン出店ラッシュだけど、２年後は閉店ラッシュだろうなー。
