ダイソーで買い物するとき、店員さんがスキャンを始める前になにか確認の一言（挨拶ではありません）を言うのですがなんと言っているのでしょう。
多分「返品できませんよ」みたいな感じなのですが何回聞いても分かりません。
意味がおわかりの方是非とも教えてください。

日本語を喋る日本人はだいたい顔を知っていると言うぐらい
日本人の少ないこの町にもダイソーがあります。
それ故お客とキャッシアーとのいさかいはしょっちゅうあるようです。
No Refunds No Exchanges のスタンプがレシートに押されていても、
堂々と返品をしてくるお客が多いです。
値段に関係なくお客は返品できるものと思い込み、キャッシアーが
レシートにあるように返品はできませんと言うと、たった $1.50 なのに
逆上する客もいて、大声でがなり立てます。
キャッシアーもアルバイト風で Minimum Wage だそうで、
その割にお客とのトラブルで神経をすり減らし、かわいそうです。

これです！ finalと聞こえた気がします。「返品できません」でfinalは想像できませんでした。お答え頂きありがとうございました！！
