I am going to work in the US for the first time.
I'm part time, but
I asked the company if I could get an offer letter, and
they told me that we have never sent such a letter.
Is it standard for part time workers to not have an offer letter ？

Tmobile advertises the same 5GWifi for $50 per month.

Has anyone switched their home internet from Spectrum to Tmobile ？

Can you still view Youtube and computers and connect at the same speed ？

I had trusted FedEx, but
＊ in mid-February, a document sent from here to Tokyo by the fastest flight （ 2 days ） stopped in Anchorage, Alaska for a long time and was delivered a week late.
＊ Then a document from Tokyo, scheduled for delivery on March 10, was delivered on March 28. （ The condition of the envelope was black and stained on one side, and the printed FedEx letters
appeared to have been rubbed off somewhere to the point of being erased. ）

The reason seems to be weather, but （ I have not been able to get a clear explanation ）
It may be true that the cold February flights to Japan had no choice but to stop in Anchorage, but most flights from Japan in March were stuck in Memphis.

The flight to Japan in March was mostly stranded in Memphis. We happened to encounter this kind of situation twice, which made us feel uneasy about FedEx.
So I was wondering if this kind of thing happens more often than expected and would like to hear about your experiences.
I have been using this method of mailing with no problems at all, so I am very troubled.
