一年ぶりにTorranceのMitsuwaに行った。昼時なのでparking一杯かと心配しながら炎天下を避ける為地下駐車場に入ると何と!ガラガラ 地上のparkingもガラガラ なんかありました?

山●火で食べるぐらいならカップ麺食うだろ。あそこはホント値段だけは一人前に取る
くせに、ぬるいスープを堂々と客に出す。カップ麺の方がよっぽど温かい。

食は好みの問題だけど、それでも山頭◯は最初から旨くない。日本で２０００年頃に食べたけど、
そのときから全然良さがわからなかった。アメリカで人気出たのは、新聞社への売込みが上手だっただけ。
アメリカに出店した当初からスープはぬるかったし、職人なんていないのに客がたくさんいて大忙しなんだから
しょうがないよ。
あの社長がミツワ・サンタモニカ店に出した東京飯店、大コケしたなー。フードコートなのに注文して２０分
待たせるのがザラだった。
