アメリカの永住権で引退するまでアメリカに住み、将来日本での引退を考えている在米の方が多いと思いますが、
日本は長年続いている少子化により超高齢化社会になっており、
今の医療制度をこのまま続けていると、後１５年ほどで破綻すると言われています。
よってアメリカで市民権を取った方が人生１００年計画には良いのではないかと最近思うようになりました。
皆さんはどうお考えですか？

南カリフォルニアの２０年ほど前には不法滞在のメキシカンのおっさん達が街のあちこちにあふれていましたが、
現在はそのメキシカンの子供たちが成人しアメリカ市民としてそこらじゅうで働いていてその人達が子供をバンバン産んでいます。
もうメキシカンではないがラティーノのアメリカ人が南加州にはたくさんいる。

LAは近いうちにメキシコになるって書いてるから、メキシコ人がメキシコから来るのか思ったわけ。
今いるメキの子孫が増えて白人がマイノリティに成るってこと？
オールドマネーがそんなの許すかな？

ロサンゼルス郡では最近の白人とヒスパニック系の人口比率はほぼ同じです。あと2～3年で白人がマイノリティーになるでしょう。
カリフォルニア州の他の郡では、既に白人よりヒスパニックの方が多い所が数ヶ所あります。
ヒスパニックは全米規模で増加しており、国勢調査局の推計では、ヒスパニック系米国人は2050年までに人口比率でマジョリティーになるとみられ、
米国人の３人に１人が人がヒスパニック系になると予想されています。
