Thank you all for your help. I was thinking that whether it's a hotel or a capsule, it's hard to move two pieces of luggage. The plane ticket itself is for a regional flight via Haneda. However, the waiting time is long and the date changes, so I don't think I'll be able to check in my luggage directly through customs.

I think I have cancelled my ticket for now due to cancellation within 24 hours, but I think it would be easier to stay overnight at Haneda since the flights that meet the requirements are either overnight here at Haneda or 3 hours from Narita to Haneda on my own (with luggage). I was in a hurry to get a ticket today and tomorrow, but thank you all for your kindness. Some people do not use hotels at Haneda Airport, and my friend says that it is also possible, although it may be hard on the body. I don't know about this, but I have to be careful about airport transfers and other flights.

If I have 5 hours to spare, I'll sleep on a sofa in T1 or T2 If I have more than 8 hours to spare, I'll go to a new hot spring in T3 in Haneda Airport, where I can lie down and take a nap, although it's a bit expensive
If I have 10 hours to spare, I'll stay at a hotel in Keihin Kamata, and go to a pub, leaving my baggage with me of course

I heard it arrives at Haneda at 9pm and departs Haneda at about 6:30am the next morning. I have not used it, but I heard they have shower rooms, so I will check that out as well. I don't think I saw on the website that there is a hot spring, but I will look again.

My friend said that he would prefer to wait at Haneda Airport because he is afraid of being late. My friend wants to stay at Haneda airport because he is afraid of being delayed.

Can we use the luggage cart overnight? ？ He is a man, so I don't think we have to worry too much, but if we leave the luggage on the cart in front of the restroom and use the restroom, I am worried about being left behind.

I am concerned about details, but my friend seems to think he can handle it, so I think he will be fine, but I would like to know what I can find out beforehand if possible.

If I have 5 hours to kill, I will go to the observation deck or to a restaurant or cafe that is open late.

It's hard to travel with two large bags.
