I have a neighbor who I usually just bail or Hi when we see each other, and we talk a little once every few months. But with that person, we always have the same conversation and reaction, and I feel like I've time-traveled back in time. The person is a normal healthy person, just before 50 years old. I think he is just not interested in me at all and always forgets what we talked about, but this has been a year now and I'm thinking it's a little strange. I am a green card holder.
I returned to Japan because of my spouse's work, which I regret.
