Vivinavi Los Angeles赤信号のチケットについて詳しく知ってる方いますか?

去年末に初めて赤信号のチケットをもらってしまいました。
私が渡ったときには黄色でしたが、小さい交差点でもありましたし、行こうとした先が一方通行の通りだったため、急いで曲がろうとした運転が危ないという判断だったと思います。
それは、請求どおり支払い、case closedになりました。
それから、赤信号には慎重になり、黄色信号の際には行けるかどうかの判断にとても迷ってしまいます。
そして、今日、黄色信号だったんですがある程度スピードも出ていたので止まるかどうか考えながらでも行けるかなって思ってしまい、交差点を通り過ぎたところカメラが光りました。。。
交差点に入ったところでは確かに黄色でしたが、渡りきったときは確かに赤になってしまいました。
この場合、チケットは間違いないのでしょうか?
万が一、チケットをもらってしまった場合、私は半年以内に2回同じチケットをもらったことになります。コレは、免許取り消し、またはJail行きなど厳しい罰則があるのでしょうか?
とても怖いです。
どなたか詳しい方がいらっしゃいましたら、教えていただけないでしょうか?よろしくお願いいたします。
