I'm sending this video for your information, but I don't know if this video will help if your sciatic nerve pain is too severe.
I have had chronic sciatica for over 20 years. I have always had discomfort in my left brother and sometimes the pain would go all the way down to my ankle.
I did this stretch several times a day for 3 months and the pain was 90% resolved.
Especially after taking a bath, it warms me up and feels great.
Of course, I went to physicals, chiropractors, needles, acupressure, and tried everything I could, but
I tried various stretches at home, easy to do, every day, and I recommend this one.

I really want to heal it as soon as possible because just having this pain is disrupting my life, but I need patience. I've been stretching a few times on youtube, but sometimes I have intense pain just from moving and other times I feel like I can do it today.
