英語の方は万能でしょうか?そうであれば、数当たればきっと見つかります。もしそうでない場合、日系や日本人の経営されている理容室（タウンページなどでさがしてみてはいかがでしょう?）
早く見つかるといいですね。

どなたかロバート・キヨサキさんの講演会に行かれたことございますか?
よく無料で開催されてる趣旨をネットなどで見かけ、気になっているのですが、どんな感じの内容でしょうか?
英語があまり出来ないので、講演を聴くだけならまだ問題ないのですが、参加者と一緒にゲームなんて事になると、ちょっと難しいかなと思っています。

この手のメール１日１通は来てますよ。バンクからだったり、ＰａｙＰａｌからだったり、お疲れ様って言ってあげたいくらいあの手この手で情報をゲットしようとしてますね。英語が上手でなかったり、タイプミスもあったりして、素人というのが見え見えで滑稽ですらあります。たとえ情報を渡さなくても、メールに返信してもだめです。そうすると、メールアドレス覚えられて、さらに多くの怪しいメールが届くことになりますからね。

起動すると書いていました。

通常購入したままの状態では日本とアメリカのソフトの両方使用はできません。
メーカーの保証外になりますが、カスタムファームウェアを用いれば日米等のソフトが使用可能になります。

OL時代にアメリカの銀行に母と連名の口座を開き、日本から送金するなどして貯金していました。海外旅行するときなどで活用できれば・・・・と思っていたのです。ひょんなことから、1年半前、結婚と同時にアメリカに移住。
主人とはA銀行に連名口座を持っていますが、OL時代に作ったB銀行の口座もそのまま持ち続けています。主人にはこの口座の存在を伝えてはいますが、金額までは教えていません。
正直なところ、そっとしておきたい、私だけの口座です。
そこで質問です。
B銀行の口座は、日本に住む母との連名口座でもあるのですが、
私がアメリカ居住になったことを銀行に報告する必要は
あるのでしょうか?
また、現在、専業主婦で収入はゼロなのですが、
口座の利子は、課税対象になるのでしょうか?
課税対象になった場合、申告者は主人になるのでしょうか?
アメリカに住んでる日本人妻のみなさん、
どうやってヘソクリされているのですか?

別に９１１以降とも、リーマンショック以後とも言ってないですよ。随分前にとはっきりと書いてます。
他人の口座の事で、そんなにむきにならなくても良い事だと思いますが．．．。銀行名も、何月何日に口座を開いたか、お知らせする必要は無いと思います。
＃１９の方が、母子連名で口座は開けない、作り話では．．．?と書き込んでおられたので、実際に私も母と連名で口座を持っている事を書き込んだだけですよ。

あまりにも時代がかけ離れている。
SSも無くて外国の住所で銀行口座が開けたのは何時頃だろう。
だれか知っていたら教えてくれ。いまでもSS無くても運良く口座を作れるが。
おいらが開いた時は３０年前だったがSSは必要だった。
ハワイは特別な州のようだな。

以前はSSなしでも銀行口座開けましたよ。20年前に交換留学生として渡米した際、ホストファミリーの知り合いが勤めるバンカメのセービングス口座をSSなしで開けてくれました。確か、セービングス口座だから開けて、チェッキングは駄目、というようなことを言われたと思います。今はSSなしではどちらも開設できませんね。
また、ジョイント口座はまったくの他人同士でも開けますよ。以前、一緒に住んでいたボーイフレンドと連名で口座を開けた覚えがあります。だた、ジョイント口座は、口座を閉めてしまわない限り、どちらかの名前を口座から削除するのがほとんど不可能に近いので、その点をご注意を。

1999年に留学でこちらに来ましたがSSNなしでもパスポートだけでBOAでCheckingとSavingの両方の口座を開きました。銀行の担当者によって対応に違いがありますが、学校の近くの支店だったせいかOKでした。その後もSSNを知らせろと言われることもありませんでした。

来月初旬に主人の会社主催のクリスマスパーティがヒルトンホテルとmorton’sであります。着ていくドレスを探しています。年に一度くらいしか着ないドレスにはお手軽なお値段しか払いたくないので、Mrshal'sやRossに行って探して来ましたが、サイズがどれも大き過ぎで（←サイズ１１がほとんど）、私はサイズ１又は２くらいだと思います。どこで、お安く素敵なドレスをみつけられるか教えて下さい☆

E-VISA持ちの駐在です。
Work Permitって、要するにEADの申請のことですよね?
数カ月前に嫁が申請しました。すべて自分で手続きしましたのでUSCISに支払う費用３８０ドル＋切手代だけですみましたよ。
手続きっていっても、I-765に必要事項を記入してVISAやI-94のコピーを送るだけ。弁護士に頼むほどではありませんでした。
メールいただいたら詳細（というほど大げさなものではないですが）お伝えします。
しかし、１５００ドルって、普通にEビザ取るときにかかるくらいの費用じゃないですか?

駐妻時代、E-2で取れました。２年前ですけど、自分でUSCISのサイトに登録、費用を払って、Officeに行って写真を撮ってもらって完了でした。SSNの番号忘れた、って行ったら、ビザがあるから大丈夫と言われました。
