I am sorry for repeating myself. Do you know which name and passport number should be written on the negative certificate for return, Japanese passport name or American passport name? Since the airline ticket is under the Japanese passport name, should the name and passport number on the negative certificate also be the Japanese one? I did the opposite and bought it under my US passport name as I did before Corona. Two days ago, I checked with ANA and they asked me to buy it with my Japanese passport name and I am wondering if I have to change my name. Has anyone purchased with an American passport name ？ I would like some information.
As for the negative certificate, I believe it is the Japanese passport name when entering Japan and the US passport name when returning to the US.

When entering the country, I entered with the passport of each country of entry.

PCR is also in the name of the person entering each country. When departing from Hawaii, PCR is in the name of Japanese passport since it is necessary for entering Japan, and when departing from Japan, PCR is inspected in the name of American passport since it is necessary for entering Hawaii and America.

The airline ticket is in the name of the U.S. passport, and there is no problem at all when departing from Japan.
