Sunset san またどなたか情報があったらお願いします。
約3週間前に新しい仕事が始まりました。その前はUIをもらえてました。が、いきなり今日新しい上司から、「今日で仕事は終わりです。理由は貴方をトレーニングする時間が私にはありません。貴方は日本人だから日本の会社で働いた方が良い」と言われました。インタビューの時は彼女から「トレーニングから始めると言われました」が彼女のアシスタントからはほとんど口も聞いてくれず、実際にはトレーニングも無く、ぶっつけ本番で患者の対応をしろと言われる毎日でした。その事を上司の彼女に伝えたのが3日前ぐらいでした。その際にも、とは言え、私は本人はその事を伝えたくないと言われ、彼女からも無視される様になり、本日仕事後いきなり解雇を告げられました。ハワイにこの様な会社の対応をクレームできる方法はありますか？特にこの状況で、全て変えて入った会社で最初に言われて居たい事とかなり違う事とこの対応にびっくりして居ます。失業保険もまたもらえるかなども心配です。

Naluさん、お久しぶりです。
新しい仕事を始めた矢先にとてもショックだったと思います。
当事者同士にしか分からない問題のため雇用主の言い分も聴かない限り何とも言えませんが、唯一分かる確かなことはプロベーション（試用期間）では雇用主が社員の適正（能力、協調性、勤務態度など）を総合的判断した上で一方的に解雇することが出来る法的な権利です。プロベーション期間は大体は3ヶ月もしくは半年なので、3週間で解雇したということは雇用主はプロベーションでの権利を行使したのだと思います。
もしもNaluさんの中でアシスタントが口を聞いてくれなくなったキッカケの心当たりがなく、一方的なパワハラや差別を明らかに感じた場合はLegal Aidに法的な見解や失業保険について尋ねつつ、complaintを労働局に出せるかどうか打診してみて下さい。

Legal Aidと合わない場合は労働関係に強い弁護士を探して相談してみて下さい。しかし、Legal Aidと違って有料になりますので、そこはNaluさんの経済状況と照らし合わせて判断してみて下さい。
もしもLegal Aidも弁護士も厳しい見解を出した場合は、気持ちを切り替えて次の仕事を探すことに専念することをお勧めします。
今回の失業保険の可能性についてはNaluさんと雇用主それぞれの言い分と物的証拠を踏まえたUIオフィスの最終判断に尽きるので、私には下手にお答えすることが出来ませんが、Legal Aidが力になってくれるよう祈っています。
