Vivinavi Los Angeles旧姓から新姓へ変更の必要性

アメリカで籍を入れたという方に是非、お聞きしたい事があります。
私は日本人の旦那とアメリカ＆日本籍を数年前に入れました。日本の籍は旧姓から新姓へ変更しましたが、アメリカ籍では旧姓のまま変更しておりません。
旧姓のままで何かこれから問題などありますか？皆さんは新姓（旦那さんのみよじ）へ変更されましたか？また変更の際のプロセスを教えてくだされば,幸いです。

皆さんのレスを拝見し、私は子供もいるので、苗字を旦那の姓に変えていく方向で考えています。
そこで、ミドルネームに旧姓を入れる。もしくは、ラストネームに旦那の姓のみ。という選択がありますが、ミドルネームに旧姓の方が、良いのでしょうか？
まず、DMV−SSNーGC−BANK−CREDIDCARD等へ変更届けをするようですね。うわー気が遠くなるような作業ですね。

グリーンカードの名変更は、どうやってされましたか？どこへ出向けばいいのでしょうか？
無知で大変申し訳ありませんが、是非よろしくお願いします。

グリーンカードの名変更はネットでできますよ。まずネットで書類提出してからINSのオフィスにアポとって顔写真と指紋を取り直します。

ころころさん、ミドルネームに旧姓をいれるか、ラストネームに旦那の姓のみかどちらかというのであれば、好みだと思いますよ。
自分の苗字に愛着があって、完全になくなってしまうのが嫌だというのであれば、ミドルネームにいれるのが良いと思います。
