こんにちは。私の喫煙暦、かれこれ１０年・・・。L.A.に来てたばこの高額さにぶったまげ、何度かやめようとニコチンパッチを貼ってみたり、・・・１週間ぐらいは禁煙できるものの、口寂しさから食べすぎ、体重増加！おまけにイライラ。こんなことを繰り返し、いまだにやめられない！家計の為にも健康の為にもやめたい！禁煙成功者の方、あなたのサクセスストーリーをお聞かせ下さい！

私の父は喫煙暦４０年近くで、兄の受験の願掛けに禁煙しました。合格後しばらくはそのままだったのですが、仕事の付き合いの席で、吸い始めました。私かなりの嫌煙家なので、「あーあ、すっぱり禁煙したお父さん、友達にも自慢だったのにな・・・」と寂しそうに言いました。それから一切吸わなくなりましたよ。大切な人からの一言、効果的ではないでしょうか
