来年の夏に結婚するのですが、披露宴パーティーをビーチにある家を一日借りてできないかなーって考えてます。全く情報がないのでどなたか情報提供をお願いします。

"vacation home"で検索すればボロボロ出て来るよ。
問題なのはたいてい最低一週間からのレンタルが条件になっていることだけれど、直接交渉してみたらエクストラチャージ等払うことで解決出来るかも。

私もビーチのそばで式をしたいと思って探していたので、このサイトが役にたちます。

ただし、会場レンタル費だけでも4000ドルからですし、これにケータリング費用（しかもある程度の金額でないと受け付けてくれない）やお花、カメラマン、ミュージシャンの手配と考えると、大変な費用と手間がかかります。今はハネムーンも兼ねてデスティネーションウエディングにしようと思っています。お客様をもてなすのも大事ですが、何より自分たちが楽しみたいですからね。
最近婚約した、アメリカ人の友人は、メキシコでウエディングをするそうです。それもいい方法ですよね。
