９月の１９日に日本から帰って来る飛行機の中で、隣合わせになった女の子の事ですが、182th のトーレンスに住んでいる方の所でホームステイすると言っていましたが、入国審査の所で彼女が引き止められ、言葉も通じず困っていました、係員が増え始め、私は（通訳しましょうか？）と係員に言ったところ、即座に（要らない）と言われ、気になって１階で暫く待ちましたが、彼女は来ず、私としては迎えに来ている娘も長い間待ってるだろう・・と思い、出てきました。確かmakoさんという人が待っています、と彼女は言ってましたが、人が多過ぎて探す手段も無く、帰宅しました。今でもとってもその子が気になっていますが・・・・やはりどうにもできませんよね、独り言なのですが・・・。

勝手な想像ですが、Visa Waiverで入国しようとしてホームステイをする内容を言ったのではないですかね？
余談ですが 182th ではなく 182nd ですね。

空港の入国管理職員は日本語を話す人がいるので通訳しましょうか？と
係員に言ったところ、即座に（要らない）と言われるのは当然です。
その女性との関係を疑われ一緒に別室に行くようなことがなかったのは良かったですね。
