現在西海岸に住んでいますが、近い内に3ヶ月ほどNYにお邪魔する事になりました。
軽い不安障害があり、内服でコントロールできています。
3か月分ならばお薬も何とかなりそうなのですが、急に体調を崩してしまった時に、やはり日本語の先生に診てもらえればいいな、と思っています。
米国人の先生ですと、日本の文化的背景等分かってもらえなかったのもありますし。
今の所2名ほど精神科のDr.を探しました。
どなたかNYでお勧めの精神科医を紹介していただけないでしょうか?
一方的なお願いばかりで申し訳ありません。
また、家庭医が精神科の看板を掲げている所には絶対に行きたくありません。
いい先生もいらっしゃると思いますが、
どんでもない所で犯罪者扱いされた挙句、Insurance Fraudを働かれたので。。。
どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
