Vivinavi Los Angeles車の売買

車を売りたいのですが、DMVにタイトルをなくしてしまいました。
その場合、まず、タイトルを再発行してもらった後に車を売ることになるのでしょうか?
タイトルの再取得も時間がかかると思うので、
出来ればタイトル再取得をせずに、売りたい（名義変更したい）のですが、
そのようなことは可能なのでしょうか?
もし同じような経験をした方がいらっしゃいましたら、教えてください。
宜しくお願い致します。

可能ですが
トピ主さんが タイトルのない方から車を買われるとしたらどうでしょうか?
１．車のローンが残っているか心配です （ローンを完済するまでピンクスリップはローン会社が保管します）
２．その車の所有権が売主にあるかどうかわからない （他人の車を売ろうとしているかも・・・）
３．サルベージタイトルかどうかの確認が出来ない。
以上の理由で 普通の個人で買おうという人はよほど経験があるか度胸のある人といえます。
故に値切る口実にもなりますのでDMVでタイトルの申請をして申請中という証明位は取ってからのほうが良いと思われますが
如何でしょうか?
