I think it's work that doesn't require a license, so a handyman would be good.
I once hired a general contractor I met through Vivinavi, but I was surprised at the number of pastors and other amateur ojis who came to do the work on a side job.　
I don't recommend general contractors looking for work on Vivinavi.

can only do $ 500 jobs per one. The general contractor here is very sarcastic and whiny if you don't hire a Japanese person to come and give you an estimate. I'm sure they have a lot of experience in this mess, but I felt bad because they were very superior. The people who hire them are a bunch of unlicensed people. There were not many reviews,

I had a similar experience via gigwork. They didn't even show up, and when I politely declined after exchanging a few emails with them, I received a reply with a threatening tone.
Tell me all your personal information, give me the name of where you work, etc...
(don't you hire me? What was all that effort in emailing back and forth? I understand what you mean, but I was surprised that we didn't even get a quote in the initial stages.

I was so scared and angry that I thought about alerting them or reporting them to Vivinavi at the time, but the fear got the better of me and I just ignored the email.
It was a few years ago, but if anyone has any ideas, please improve this situation.
I thought that this kind of way would get me in trouble someday...

My friend told me not to go for Japanese-Japanese. If you can only speak Japanese, it's no use, but if you insist on Japanese-Japanese, you'll get hurt, he said.
