Hanahauori, my daughter took the test last year and was not accepted.
There were almost 260 applicants for 24 slots,
27 were accepted last year and 30 made the wait list.
I heard that my friend's child was able to stay on the wait list.
Hanahau'oli does not take the kinder exam, but the junior kinder

I recently attended the Central Union school tour and asked a lot of questions, so I thought I would share
with those who will APPLY this year.
Last year, they were able to send out accept notices to everyone in July for the 3 year old class that started in August this year. For the past 3 years, even if everyone who applied did not make it to the 1st round, they were able to get an acceptance notice as long as they were in the wait pool. In other words, it seems that even if the acceptance notifications are sent out in order, they are being passed on to other schools. In my opinion, the school grounds are very SAFE and bright.
However, I felt that the school's educational policy, assignments, academics, and the number and content of field trips were not as good as the other three schools I attended. I felt that this is why students tend to go to other schools.

Hi ！ My daughter who will be 3 next month
received an acceptance letter from Central Union last month. Eight children from the same area took the test and all eight, including our child, received First round acceptance letters.
