Renters being pushed around by unreasonable landlords is
a thing here in Hawaii.
We also got a 30 day notice from the owner
and we talked to a lawyer and got him to pay for our move.

A friend of mine recently moved out of the apartment he was renting and went back to Japan due to illness.I told him over I months ago that I would be moving out, but he has not refunded my deposit.
I have tried calling them several times, but they do not answer.
If anyone knows where I can file a complaint
please let me know.

normal. You can connect with Softbank.
Calls are 25 cents per minute.

I am a T-Mobile user. If you are on a T-Mobile plan, you can call T-Mobile customer service at #611 or go to their homepage and ask for a chat. You can also use chat if you go to their website. Or you can check in person at your local store.

By the way, I used to subscribe to T-Mobile's International plan, but the wifi in Japan was so weak that I had to rent wifi to use it, so I switched to a different plan. When I subscribed to the International plan, I was told that calls within Japan were free as long as the caller was connected to the wifi, but I did not use the plan because I heard that the recipient might be charged for international calls. When I really need to make a call during my stay in Japan, it is usually at train stations or airports, so I use public phones then, but it is difficult to find public phones in other places.

I had similar symptoms when I first started living in the US. The dermatologist prescribed me a steroid medication, which did not improve my symptoms much, even though the itching went away. The doctor told me to wear rubber gloves after wearing military gloves when washing dishes, but this did not help much.
However, when I changed my dishwashing detergent to one for sensitive skin and my hand washing soap to solid soap instead of liquid soap, my symptoms improved rapidly. Liquid type detergents and soaps in the U.S. are too irritating to the hands of people with sensitive skin, even if they think they have washed their hands thoroughly. I still try to avoid using liquid soap as much as possible.
