今、Gardenaでアパートを借りているんですが、、、、
先日２５％以上の値上げのNoticeがありました。
GardenaはRent control対象外なんですかね？
ロスのRent control情報入手方法ご存じでしたら、
教えてください。

このトピ主からして、マネージャーや管理会社に日々ぎゃぎゃーとクレームを入れ、日本独特のお客様は神様ですと勘違いしている嫌われ者なのでしょう。
ただ単に早く出て行ってもらいたかったのでしょう。
２５％が嫌われている証拠。
もしくは近隣よりも極端に安かったかのどちらかでしょうね。
