他州からNYの運転免許証に書換えの条件

いろいろ調べたのですが、いまいちはっきりしないので、どなたかわかる方がいましたら、教えてください。
現在はカリフォルニアにいるのですが、近くNYへ引越しの予定なのですが、その際にカリフォルニアの免許をNYに書き換える際に、いろいろな証明書の提出が必要なようなのですが。
パスポートの提示は必ず必要になってくるのでしょうか?パスポートもI-９４もちゃんとありますが、有効なステイタスがありません。
ただしソーシャルセキュリティー、CAの免許証、クレジットカード、銀行のステートメント等はあります。
だれか分かる方がいましたら、よろしくお願い致します。

先日私もロスから引越して免許証変更しましたよ。必要だったのはソーシャルセキュリティーカード（実際のカードを持参の事）、カルフォルニアの免許証、私の場合はグリーンカード。DMVのサイトによると、トータル６ポイントにたる身分証明が必要と書いてありますが。http://www.nydmv.state.ny.us/forms.htm#id44edl
