いいトピックでしたのでShareさせて下さい。
自分の場合はダラダラと夜何時間もネットをやっていました。
でも、ある日手にした本を読んでみると活字の方が内容も濃く、書き手の苦労と下調べに感心しました。
それ以来ネットのニュースも含めた薄っぺらい情報に嫌気がさし、ダラダラネット生活を止めてしまいました。
良いものはヘボいものを駆逐してしまうんですかね。
携帯電話を無くした時も、初めはイライラしましたが次第にすっきりしたのを覚えています。

1.タバコですね。食事がおいしくなったし、寝覚めもいいです。欲しくなる時もありますが、直に慣れます。
でも自分が辞めたからといって、人に辞めなさいとはいいません。人は人ですから。
2.テレビ、コレクター癖、新興宗教、甘さの強いソーダやお菓子やケーキ。辞めてよかったです。私の場合ですが。

ファーストフード、あと外食に行かなくなったら体調がいい。
もしや肉食特に牛肉が極端に減ったせいかもしれません。
おなかも引っ込んできて胃が重い感じがしない。
便の通じも良くなりました。
特に運動してみて体の軽さがよく判ります。
