室内側（送風口、フィルター、前面パネル）
と
外に出ている室外機の仕組など教えてください。
エアコンつけると喉が痛くなり、ほこりやかびがまわっているのか??
フィルターは新品に換えました。他にどこを掃そうすればいいでしょうか?
よろしくお願いします。

皆様、結果が出ましたのでご報告いたします。
まずエアコンの業者が来る予定でしたがキャンセルされました。
その代わりに大家さんから賃貸契約の打ち切り、１ヶ月以内に退出するように言われました。
ですので今の家をを引き払うことになり、本トピであるエアコンの問題が根底からなくなってしまいました。
ですが今まで、うほほさんはじめ多くの方からの叱咤激励、ご教授を頂き本当にありがとうございました。
出て行くことになりましたが、ですが皆様に教えていただいたこの知識は次に入居する際に生かせるものと思っております。
今まで本当にありがとうございました。

エアコンのこと、もんく言ったから契約打ち切り?
Mo to Moだったら良いけど、もし1年リースとかで
そのリースが切れる前だったら引越し費用を請求できる
んじゃないの?

いや、笑っちゃ悪いとは思うけど、凄すぎる。
この結末は、さすがに予想できなかった。
ま、新しい所で快適にすごして下さい。
でも時期的に、引っ越したら涼しくなってるような気もしますね。
色々と大変だろうけど、がんばって。
しかし、この期に及んで、何も読まずにレス出来る人って何なんでしょう。
凄いですよね、ある意味。
