アパートを探しているのですが、なかなかうまく見つかりません。有料サイトの会員になったことのある方、簡単に見つかりましたか？僕は学生で、仕事もなくクレジットヒストリーもありません。同じ様な状況の方で、Westside RentalやApartment Hunterなど有料サイトを利用した方いないでしょうか？いろいろ情報を教えていただけたらうれしいです。

私がアパート探しする場合、
そのようなサイトでメンバーになっていくつもピックアップし、その上希望地域を車で走りチェックしていきます。
サイトによって、家賃の設定？高めだったり、逆にいい物件がなかったりするので、ある程度自分の希望に合うサイトでメンバーになりましょう。
私が学生でまだクレジットヒストリーがなかった頃、
あるところでは、デポジットを２倍言われたりしました。
しかし私が決めたところは、当時家賃＄５３０のところで、銀行の残高証明を求められ＄５５００の証明を出したらデポジットも通常通りでＯＫでした。
それ以後のアパートでは、なんのトラブルもなく入居できています。
