アパートの契約期間中に他人への名義変更はできるのでしょうか？
今、ルームメートとアパートをシェアしていて、名義も二人の名義になっていま
すが、私が引っ越すことになったのですが、まだ大家のほうには伝えていません。
名義をルームメート一人にしたいのですが、常識として、それは可能なのでしょ
うか？経験のあるかた、おしえて下さい。

契約の内容は管理人の独断だから管理人に頼めばいくらでも融通が利かせられると思います。

もし住んでいないなら、名前抜いたほうがいいですね。何かあった場合あなたも責任あることになりますよ。
大家に正直に言ったほうがいいと思います。家賃さえきっちりはらってくれれば
問題ありません。

もし住まないなら必ず自分の名前を抜かないと大変です。マネージャーに話して引っ越す時に契約書を作り直せばなにも問題ないはずです。

それからきちっと名義抜いた証拠に書いたものをもらっておいたほうがいいですよ、もし訴えられたとき､証拠になります。いつから抜いたか日にちが大事です。面倒でもやっておいたほうがいいですよ。世の中なにがあるか解らないから。
