1 Is it invalid if the inspection certificate does not contain some personal details such as passport number?

If all of the personal details （ name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, and sex ） specified in the format prescribed by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare are not included, the name, date of birth, and other details can be checked against the passport to verify the identity of the applicant. If all items are verified by checking the name and date of birth against the passport, the certificate will be considered valid even if not all items are listed. If the name or passport number is not indicated on the inspection certificate, it will be considered invalid because the subject of the inspection certificate cannot be identified and cannot be checked against the passport.

I took a test at Ala Moana nomihealth last month, and the test result I received in the mail only showed the date, my name, and that I was negative, probably because it was a simple non-PCR test.
If it is a PCR:test, is there any other information ？
I am wondering if the same information will not be enough to prove that I am negative for returning to Japan ？. I am going back to Japan this month.
If it is PCR, what information will be given in the test results ？
By the way, I was able to go in person and take the test without an appointment.

Last August, I had a drive-through PCR test at Walgreens. The test report from that time only states "SARS-CoV-2, NAA （ Nucleic Acid Amplification Test ）" in the Test Name, but does not specify the specific test method such as RT-PCR or the specimen collected. The nucleic acid amplification test itself is a valid test method designated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, though. Incidentally, I did not take the test for travel, but an acquaintance of mine told me that he was able to go to Japan safely using a negative certificate from Walgreens at the time. This was last year, and the story is from someone else, so it's just for reference.

When you uploaded to My sos
how long did it take you to review ？
I am scheduled to
test at Nomi on Thursday this June
test results on Friday to Saturday
scheduled to upload to My sos on Saturday … and
leave on sunday
** if test results are early I'm not worried …
if they are on saturday … I'm not sure if I will make it in time

In my case, it took over 50 hours to get a negative result after being tested by NOMI HEALTH.

I took the test on Friday afternoon and received the result on Sunday evening.
It took longer than I expected and I was nervous that I would not make it in time.

It took about 15 minutes from the time I registered for My sos to the blue screen. This was faster than expected.

Not Nomi Health, but this is my experience with Wellness4Hawaii.
The plan is for $ 110 RT-PCR, 24h - 48h waiting for results.

The test was done this past Sunday at 1:30pm, and I received the email (PDF) results the next day, Monday at 8:30am.
The engraved certificate is available for pickup from 8:00 to 14:00.

Received PDF （ signed by doctor but no imprint ） uploaded to MySOS, approved in about half a day, blue screen.

I submitted a no-go insurance claim to my insurance company (KP) and it is under review. I will report the result when I get it.

I went to Ala Moana this morning before 8:00 to pick up my certificate and found a good number of people in line at Nomi Health.

Now it's just a matter of processing at the airport. If I have my printed certificate, I should be fine, but I will try to get into the airport 3 hours before departure. The plane seems to be close to full, so I think it will take a reasonable amount of time to finish the formalities.

As a follow-up to #47, my insurance application to KP, according to my online account, was approved with no co-pay.

Speaking of which, it looks like the negative test before entering the US will be eliminated. I am glad to know that I no longer have to think about changing my flight after a positive result, not to mention the cost and hassle. Of course, I don't want to bring in a virus, so I will try to prevent infection.

I would like to check again, has anyone returned to Japan by ANA with a negative NOMI certificate ？
Someone wrote in another thread that JAL does not accept it, but is ANA OK ？?

Since June 12, negative certification is no longer required for entry into the U.S.

On that note, the Japanese government still hasn't woken up from its coronal isolation.

I did PCR at Nomi and boarded an ANA flight.
I printed out the negative proof and brought it with me just to be sure, but they only checked My SOS and did not check my documents.

Nomi's should be fine.

Nomi Health, but the site only allows reservations until the end of June, but it has been extended until the end of November.
There may be a possibility of discontinuation in the middle of the program if demand disappears, but for now it is a safe bet.

Please note that it is exactly 72 hours before flight departure. I wanted to know the result earlier, so I took the test just before 71 hours. If there is a flight delay, it should be no problem if it is within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
