Vivinavi Los Angelesグリーンカードしか持ってないのですが海外からくる彼にグリーンカードをとってあげられるのか?

12月にブラジル在住の彼と結婚して彼にグリーンカードをとってあげたいのです。
彼は今年3か月かんこうビザでアメリカに滞在しておりましたがまた１１月頃3か月観光で入ってきてそのまま結婚しようと思っています。
今ならグリーンカード保持者で市民権がなくても相手にもグリーンカードをとってあげられるとききました。
そして申請してグリーンカードが来るまでの間彼は仕事ができるのでしょうか?

確かに現在はグリーンカードホルダーの配偶者に対する申請待ち時間は"0"すなわちいますぐにI130, I485同時に申請ができます。また、I485が受理されればPendingのStatusでアメリカに合法的に滞在でき、就労許可の申請をすれば、グリーンカードが許可されるまでの間、働くことができます。ただし、11月に現在の状況が維持されてるかは不透明で、再び数年間の待機時間に戻る可能性もあります。こうなりますと、受理されるまでの間は国外で待機するか、有効なビザステータスでアメリカに滞在するかの二つの選択をしなければなりません。ご参考まで。 詳しくは弁護士さんにご相談ください。
