Vivinavi Los Angeles弁護士とは?クライアントの味方?

お題のとおり弁護士とはクライアントの味方だとおもいますか?
例えば、そのクライアントが法律的に悪いことをしていても弁護士は頼まれればクライアントを助けるように擁護するかと思います。決して依頼人を敵対するような行動はとらないものですよね?

そうですよ。
でも、腕の悪い弁護士はいかにも依頼人が悪いように言ってあなたが悪いからしょうがないと自分の交渉力のなさ経験のなさを依頼人のせいにする弁護士はたくさんいます。
最初は偉そうな事を言ってお金を取りますが裁判所に行くと検事にペコペコするのもいます。
交渉力のある弁護士は検事と渡り合いますが、まあ俺様検事がどこまで交渉に応じてくれるかです。
検事によっては一切交渉を受け付けないのもいるのでそこをどう戦かってくれるかです。
もし不満があるなら弁護士を代えるから残りのお金を返してくれと言えばいいですよ。（そこは法律で守られてます）
働き盛り（３０代後半から４０代）がいいかも。
