お尋ねします！
現在数週間で有効が切れる１０年の永住権を所持しています。
取得時と現在ではラストネームが違います。
その際は、Onlineでは更新の手続きするさいの注意点ありますか?
人によれば、Onlineではなく郵送でしたほうがいいという人もいるのですが・・・。
どなたかOnlineもしくは郵送でされた方いますか?
時間はどれほどかかりましたでしょうか?
よろしくお願いします。

それにラストネームが変わるとき何も調べなかったの。

一緒にName Changeをすればいいので 問題ないですよ。 私もラストネームが変わり 更新の際に変更しました。

レス、ありがとうございます。
ラストネームが変わったときに弁護士に聞いたら、更新の際に変更すればいいと言われまして・・・。
今回聞きたかったのは、人によってOnline派と郵送派がいたので、どちらがいいのかしらと思いまして。周りの名前の変更のない人は、だいたい１週間前あたりにOnlineで申請している人が多いので、時間はあまり気にしてませんでした。グリーンカードの有効期限がきれたからといって、永住権自体が切れたわけではないと弁護士さんから言われてましたので。
結局Onlineでしまして、先日郵送でReceiptが届きました。
お世話様でした。ありがとうございました。

去年の10月にオフィスに行って手続きをして先日届きました。今時間がかかっているようです。
カードに押してもらったはんこの有効期限がせまってきていたので結構あせりましたよ。
