こんにちは、
グリーンカードを米国人との結婚で取得した者ですが、現在、二年間の条件付きのグリーンカードをパーマネントのグリーンカードに変更する手続きをする時期にさしかかっています。
そこで、私は弁護士のオフィスで働いている知り合いに600ドルでやってあげると言われたのですが、通常の場合、弁護士を通してやるものなのか、それとも自分でファイルするものなんでしょうか?ちなみに私はグリーンカードもその知り合いに頼んでファイルしてもらい、取得しました。
もし自分でやるのも難しくないのであれば自分でらろうかと考えていますが、
どなたか詳しい方、情報よろしくお願いします。

私も、５月にパーマネント用に申請を控えています。
私たちは最初から全部自力でやりましたよ！
USCISのページを熟読してやれば弁護士は全然不要です。
ましてや、今回のは、今までよりももっと手間は少ない作業なはずです。
旦那さんは、アメリカ人なので英語が問題ないのですよね?
で、あれば尚更、旦那様だけの力で充分かと思います★
私たちは、主人がLA在住、私が日本在住時に、
日本で婚姻→GC申請と言うステップでしたが
大抵、他の国際結婚カップルも弁護士なしで
ペーパーワークやってました。
今回提出する物は、共同名義の請求書とか
任意で、結婚後の家族の写真とかだったと思います。
USCISを熟読でいけますので頑張りましょう！

私は、ちょうど一年前に10年グリンカードを取得しました。私の場合は、すべて自分でしまったく問題なく取得できました。もし、心配ならその方に頼みのも良いと思いますが、600ドルも払うんだったらご自分でされた方が良いかと。以外と簡単ですよ。

I-751では、二人の結婚を証明する、友達などの二人の証言書が必要ですが、どうやって書いてもらいましたか?書式みたいなものがあるのでしょうか?実際、自分でされた方で、こういう風に書いたというものがあったら、参考にお願いします。Visajourneyでは、なんだか、文の頭にBefore Me, とかいてあって、これは、そういう風にかくものなのかなとおもいましたが、、、 どうぞ、ご教授ください。
ちなみに、申請料が、指紋の詐取込みで、＄５４５なんて、、、２年前に、＄１４００くらい払ったのに。。。
