OPTのF-1ビザが２００９年4月2日に切れます。
今父が急に亡くなったためにLAにある荷物もアパートもそのままの状態で日本に帰ってきており、49日の関係でLAに戻るのが3月3日以降になります。
アパートも引き払い、荷物もまとめなければならないためにLAに一度3月3日以降帰らなければならないのですが、その時まだI-20は切れていませんが観光ビザで入国する事は可能でしょうか。
急いで帰ってきたためI-20が見つからない＆見つかったとしてもまだOPTのビザで入国できるのでしょうか。
往復航空券を購入している場合は入国できると聞いたのですが本当でしょうか。
また、観光ビザで語学学校に1ヶ月通って資格をとろうと思っているのですが可能でしょうか？
