RoccoMoco mentioned the iHealth Antigen Rapid Test.
I thought it could not be used for travel, but
I see that it can be used for entry into the U.S. if you follow the procedure below and take the test with online guidance.

I have some friends around me who are coming back this week
I will tell them ！ They all booked the Picapara PCR test for almost 10,000 yen, so it will be a big help if the free test is good.

Maybe there are two points,
1. whether the pharmacy's free antigen test meets the CDC requirements,
2. whether the form they prepare meets the immigration requirements,

1. seems to have a wide opening based on the posts in this thread.
As for 2., for example, I copied from ANA's information page （ https://anasalesa.com/covid-19_update/ ） but the following is a requirement:
The Kinoshita Group is a group of companies that are in the process of developing a new business. In the case of Kinoshita Group, everyone should add their date of birth and passport number in some way in the "personal details" section.
As for the language, I believe that either Japanese or English is acceptable as long as the airline company can determine it, but
I remember that English or a translation is preferred in case a CDC official needs to examine it upon entry into the U.S.

Regarding the language of the negative certificate, I think I understand the above description (#24).

Most of the places that do this in local pharmacies are not able to provide travel certificates as far as I could tell. They are only supposed to be used as a security check for domestic travel and are treated as free of charge in each region.

As for the Kinoshita Group, it is written in English and there are some missing parts, but it is issued as a certificate, so if it meets the airline's standards, it is qualitatively acceptable.
