Vivinavi Los Angeles避妊注射について経験した方がいらっしゃったらアドバイスお願いいたします。

この半年、ずっとピルによる避妊を続けていたましたが、私自身仕事で海外に行くことがとても多く、最近はアジアなども多いため、日付や時差のため、時間が狂い飲み忘れからの出血の回数が続いてしまい、ピル処方される以前よりも生理の日にちや回数が増えてしまい（自分の管理不足ですが）、先日避妊注射というものをしてもらいました。
３ヶ月置きに打つということで、アメリカ人の知人から影響を受けてやってみて1週間なのですが、気のせいかもしれませんがなんとなくやる気が起きなかったり、左腕に注射したのですが、腕がまだ少し痛いです。
もちろん、サイドアフェクトなども考慮した上で同意してやったのですが、今少し不安になってきています。
避妊注射したことのある方の体験談など聞かせていただけたら幸いです。

私も2年前ぐらいから、避妊注射を3か月ごとに打っています。不正出血が何か月も続いており検査をした結果、年齢によりホルモンバランスが崩れている為だということで、初めはIUDというDiviceの挿入をしました。これをやると3-5年Birth Controlが効くというもので、出血も治まるだろうという事だったのでやってみたのですが、私の体に合わなくRejectしてしまいました。（医者によると、10人に１人ぐらいRejectしてしまう人がいるようです。）次のオプションとして、避妊注射を進められてやり始めたのですが、出血も止まり、特に副作用的な症状もなく本当に楽になりました。私の場合、注射をしたその日は腕が痛いのですが次の日には痛みは消えます。
私にIUDが合わなかった様に、薬や治療には本当に個人差がありますので ｍａｉさんが、合わないと思ったり不安だと思った事はドクターに相談された方が良いと思いますよ。
腕の痛みに関しては、一週間経っても痛いというのは普通ではない気がします。たまたま打った場所が悪かったのか、注射針が太いのを使用したのかわかりませんが、その事も伝えて打つ場所を変えてもらうなりしてみてはいかがでしょうか？
体調良くなるといいですね。 参考までに私の体験談でした。
