腰が痛いので整体またはマッサージを考えておりますが、どなたかお勧めできるドクターを教えてください。

脅しているわけではありませんが…
腰痛には様々な原因や病気が潜んでいる場合がありますよね。
それらのサインを見逃さないためにも、私も評判が良いカイロと定期的な健康診断が大切だと思います。

＃３さんの意見に半分賛成。
単に痛みを止めるだけならまだ針治療の方がよく効きます（但し根治は出来ない）。
しかしその原因を見つけて根本的に治療するなら病院の整形外科へ行くべきです。
カイロはアメリカで医者が少ない時代にでっち上げられた多分に怪しい療法
（なんでもかんでも痛みはカイロで直ると称している）で、私は長年腰痛で
いろいろな療法を試しましたが、あんなインチキくさい医療は今は全く信用しません。
第一、世界の医学水準をリードしているアメリカの医学界では認めていないのですから。

腰痛、肩こりでカイロに通っているものです。
私の場合はカイロで随分症状が回復しました。
