加湿器もいいですがVaporizerいいですよ。安いしあんまり壊れないと個人的に思っています。水道水で白くかたくなってしまうとお酢でクリーニングできますし。
Vaporizerは同じのを4ー5年使っても壊れなかったけど加湿器は何故だか3種類全部使用数カ月から1年半で壊れた。

水だけです。ただ沸騰してくれない時は塩を少し入れるみたいです。うちは毎日水を取り替える際に洗ったあと塩を少し入れています。
風邪の時などはハッカ系と言うかミント系と言うかユーカリ系と言うか。。。そう言うのが売っていて私はCVSなどで安入りの時にKAZと言うメーカーのものを買っています。
友達は毎日水を取り替えるのが面倒と言っていましたが、風邪をひいた時はVaporizerにして普段は加湿器を使っています。
うちは新しい加湿器を買って様子見中ですが、加湿器を使うと白っぽい粉みたいなのが部屋に残るのが嫌ですね。
大きいタンクが二つついたものを使っているので水は毎日足さなくてもいいけど重いのでそれが難点です。
