Hello. My daughter was accepted and has been attending MCS since August.
I just checked my email and it says 2023-2024 Admission decision, along with an enrollment checklist and instructions on how to pay tuition and register for a personal account in the same email.
If you are accepted, the enrollment information should be attached.
That's what I did last year, just FYI.

When my son was notified of his acceptance to Kinder two years ago, the Enrollment Fact registration information was attached to the acceptance email, just like Mr. Kahala's.
Since my son has been attending MCS, he has been able to concentrate much better because he uses his fingers more. Since my son has been attending MCS, his concentration has definitely improved because he uses his fingers a lot, and his teachers are amazed at how much his academic ability has improved.
Every year, more than half of our graduates go on to Punahou or Iolani in the 5th grade, and 90% of those who stay on through the 6th grade also go on to Punahou or Iolani. We feel safe sending our children to this school.

We also took MCS and our Decision letter is 3/18 ！ The Admission Calender on the Website also says 3/18.
As Kahala said, the acceptance letter and the Enrollment Guide should come together. My oldest son failed MCS last year, but the same thing happened when he was accepted to another preschool. I think the open school in April is for those who are considering apllying for next year since there was a school tour last year for accepted students.

If anyone knows, I would like to know if MCS and other difficult schools like Hana Hau'oli have Elementary through 6th grade ？ The other puglik elementary schools have elementary through 5th grade ？

So I see that MCS publishes where their graduates go to school, and it seems that there are only 6 to 11 elementary students each year
I guess that means there are only 6 students per class or 11 at the most. Does that mean there are no students?

Nice to meet you ！ I have two children attending MCS, my oldest daughter took Punahou two years ago at G5 (5th grade ） and my oldest son is now attending MCS at G5.
My oldest son is also at Punahou starting in August.
To answer your question, MCS is up to G6 （ 6th grade ） as you mentioned. Therefore, the results that MCS publishes are the results of the children who have remained in G6.
MCS has one elementary class per grade, with roughly 20 to 22 students.
In fact, more than half of the children take Punahou or Iolani at G5, and less than half of the children stay on to G6 each year.
This year, 14 of my classmates who took the G5 exam, including my oldest son, were accepted to Punahou.
Of the 14 who were accepted to Punahou, 9 will go to Punahou and 5 to Iolani.

Most of my classmates who stayed until G6 also went to Punahou and Iolani, so as a result, most of the kids I grew up with at MCS Elementary will be reunited at Punahou and Iolani
