SSNが8月からバーコードになるってほんと？？？ 私も日本食店で働いてるんだけど, そこのオーナーに SSNは IRSに提出するだけ(TAX申請だけ）で、イミグレーションとは 全くコネクティングないから安心してって言われ、SSNの申請出しちゃったんだけど,,まずかったのかな.．．． だれかー知ってる人いたらおしえてーー。 強制送還なんて ずえったいやだよねーー。

IRS？？INSの間違い？I-20がバ−コ−ド化し、全部の情報がコンピュ−タ−で制御されます。今働いてる店は早く辞めた方がいい。その経営者はきっとその新しいシステムについて何も知らない！

他のトピにも書いたけど、ここにも同じことがのってるので、わたしも同じことまた書いとくね。
SSNオフィスとBCIS(移民局)はつながりないと思うけど、IRS（税務署）とBCIS(移民局)はつながってる可能性大。だって、IRSのインフォを調べるのがBCISが個人の情報を知る一番の早道だから。IRSの書類にはSSN、住所、TEL、職種などたくさんの個人情報が書き込まれ、しかも、年に一回タックスリターン（確定申告）も義務。将来就労ビザや永住権を取る際にも提出の義務ありです。
それがまずいなら、一回目の給料もらう前にやめるべき。そのオーナーがすでにIRSにリポート出していたら後の祭りです。

みんなが、SSNをつかわないのはIRSへのリポートを防ぐため。
IRSに提出するだけだからって、、、あなた、、、それがまずいんですよ！！

SEVISとIRSは繋がってるらしいよ。要するに、学生でバイトしてて一時帰国してアメリカ入国時に、SS#を書いてしまうと、入国拒否にある可能性はありと、言う事です。

ＳＳＮは出したら何があっても仕方ないと思った方がいいよ。
Ｉ−２０のバーコード化でＳＳＮの欄もあってＳＳＮ使ってＴＡＸ払ったらそこに記述されるみたいですよ。
