I have had them before from another unit in my apartment. It was a shock when I found it in the middle of the night.

My friend told me that it was hard for an amateur to compete, so
I called a contractor to get rid of it.
Fortunately, it was in the early stages of the outbreak, and after that,
- putting mattresses in bed bug covers
- spraying cedar oil around the bed
- spraying diatomaceous earth powder around the bed
- mixing cedar oil when washing
etc. This has reduced breeding.

Since then I have become more concerned and check the bed area if it gets even slightly itchy,
and I have resumed spraying.

If there are black spots on the mattress, it is most likely bed bug excrement.
The more there are, the more likely they are already breeding.

From my experience, I think it would be better to ask a contractor to do it at an early stage, although it may be a painful expense.

That means that the bedbugs are in many places from this room.

bed bugs regardless of how new or well cared for the room is.
Sometimes the news says it happens in movie theaters, etc.
Once you are affected, you don't feel like a stranger anymore.

To prevent bed bugs, when traveling, once you enter your room, put your luggage in the bathtub
and check around the bed （ under the mattress and headboard ） and open your luggage if it looks safe.
When you go to clean the room, you should also check in this way first, and
if there are bed bugs, you should immediately contact the owner, and the employer should be notified that the room is contaminated with bed bugs, and therefore cannot be cleaned.

Even if you hire a contractor, I believe you will be instructed to wrap the mattress in a bed bug cover.
First, why not buy a mattress cover or base cover from Walmart or Home Depot?

The vendor told us that if the bed is directly on the floor, we should pull a carpet under the bed that has about 20-30 cm more room than the bed, and
sprinkle diatomaceous earth powder on top of it. If bedbugs come in contact with the diatomaceous earth powder when they crawl on it, they will die of dehydration.
The contractor used their own diatomaceous earth powder, which is probably of better quality, but HomeDepot and others also sell diatomaceous earth powder for bed bugs.

I think it was about a week from discovery until the contractor came
I wrapped double-sided tape around the sides of the mattress to catch the bed bugs that were crawling up. I think it reduces the number that come up to the bed.

Some people on the internet are trying to get rid of them themselves.
If the breeding is still in the early stages and the damage is minor, you may be able to handle it yourself.

Poor Busybody,

I haven't told my employer, so I'm not getting any money for treatment
because I can't prove that the bed bug got on my clothes at work.
I still belong to the company I work for.
