アメリカで出産し初めて日本に帰ります。子供はアメリカ、日本両方の国籍を持ってます。もちろんパスポートも両方あるのですが、出入国の際どちらを使えばいいのでしょうか？アドバイスお願いします。

アメリカの入出国はアメリカのパスポート。日本の入出国は日本のパスポート

お子さんはアメリカのパスポートだけで全行程を済ますこともできますよ。別にそちらの方法のが有利ということもないですが。
当然承知とは思いますが、出入りの際、聞かれなければ見せる必要はないが、いらない方のパスポートもすぐ出せるように携帯すること。間違っても預け入れ荷物なんかに入れないように。
アメリカに帰ってきたとき、移民局の窓口で Alien と Citizen のどっちに並べるのかなぁ。Citizen の方に行ければあっちの方が速いからね。
